Credit Control Administrator Welwyn Garden City £18K-£20K
Mon - Fri 8:30-5pm (1 hour lunch) 20 Days holiday
This dynamic business, who are specialists in their field are looking for a Credit Control Administrator, to provide support to their busy Credit Control department. You will be have excellent communication skills and capable of working to deadlines. Full Training will be provided and the opportunity to progress.
About the role: • Dealing with debits, stock discrepancies, returns • Authorising and arranging returns with clients/suppliers • Chasing carriers/returns • Monthly cash allocations • Running/distributing monthly statements • Sending copy invoices/credit notes • Daily banking • + much more
About You:
• Experience in dealing with customers by phone or face to face • Customer focused
• Good administration skills, IT Proficient - with accurate data entry skills
• Highly organised • Willing to learn and progress
