A leading business based in Watford with an impressive turnover are looking for an Credit Control Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Working within a very friendly and supportive environment the successful candidate will have previously worked within Credit Control or have a desire to kick start a career in accounts. The salary for this role is £22,000-£25,000

A leading business based in Watford with an impressive turnover are looking for an Credit Control Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Working within a very friendly and supportive environment the successful candidate will have previously worked within Credit Control or have a desire to kick start a career in accounts. The salary for this role is £22,000-£25,000

Main responsibilities for the Credit Control Administrator will be:

Resolving queries on customer accounts
Producing invoices and credit notes and processing customer payments
Taking Direct Debit payments from customer and resolving related queries
Providing administrative support to the team
Monitoring debtor accounts and contracting debtors to arrange the payment of overdue amounts
Undertake account reconciliations as required
Any adhoc duties

The ideal candidate will:

Ideally have some Credit Control experience but not essential
Be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder
Hands-on team player with high attention to detail
Be IT literate
Proactive and determined
