JOB TITLE: Credit Control Admin

LOCATION: Templeton Business Centre, Glasgow

PAY RATE: COMPETITIVE

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Work as part of a small team providing high quality credit control and cash collections across ABM UK.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* High volume credit control

* Maximising cash collections.

* Chasing overdue accounts by telephone and email

* Monitoring credit and limits on accounts and flagging those that need to be put on hold.

* Managing the AR sub-ledgers to keep on top of late payments.

* Allocating cash.

* Reconciling accounts.

* Processing queried invoices.

* Working with Operations managers to help escalate any aged debt and invoice queries.

* Providing detailed Debtors reporting and commentary

Person Specification:

Essential

* Minimum 3 years in credit control

* High level of understanding AR ledger and cashflow.

* Intermediate in Excel, and confident in other computer applications.

* Very high level of organisation and communication skills.

* Must be able to work as part of a team and individually.

* Qualifications associated to credit control would be advantageous.

* Any other Admin Tasks as required
