Credit Analyst - Credit Research & Risk Assessment in Poland

CREDIT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY IN POLAND
The incumbent candidate will be part of thecredit risk & research services in Wroclaw, consulting for leading banking and financial institutions across EU in counterparty credit risk assessment of corporates. The analyst would closely work with the global SME\'s in actively contributing to the practice in the region. Day to day responsibilities could include but not limited to:
Preparing opinion based credit reports and financial models based on fundamental analysis for a set of assigned credits/companies
Daily surveillance of assigned portfolio including publishing notes on credit events encompassing M&As, rating actions, corporate actions and capital market activities
Regular interaction with client to discuss reports as well as workflow
Be actively involved in designing solutions for client requirements and execution of deliverables.
Closely work with global and regional management in delivering pilot assignments, collateral development and client outreach
Who are we looking for:
2-4 years of prior experience in counterparty credit risk assessment or credit research is preferred.
Strong academic qualifications in Finance (Masters/PhD in Finance). CFA certifications would be an advantage.
Fluency in English and additional fluency (atleast B2) of any European languages will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical report writing and communication skills.
Modelling and Report Writing skills and experience
Ability to identify key characteristics and drivers of sectors assigned
Credit assessment and analysis (or financial analysis), including business, financial and management profiling
Prior experience in credit research or credit risk assessment or equity/financial research along with report writing experience is mandatory
Strong inter-personal skills and able to drive towards results with cross functional and cross geographical teams.
