The purpose of the Business Solutions Manager role will work with new and existing clients to define product requirements and manage the delivery of new client implementations and amendments to existing client systems.

* Provide management of deliverables related to new client implementations and existing client system enhancements, specifically:

* Conduct initial client workshop and requirements gathering.

* Undertake preliminary BA work in scoping the client's installation build. Gain a clear understanding of client business workflow and requirements and manage the flow of this information to the Development Team in the form of Solution Designs.

* Liaise with relevant departments to finalise client configuration and customisation requests.

* Undertake manual configuration in preparation for final delivery of system.

* Manage the quoting process to ensure the quote provided to the client is an accurate reflection of the effort required in order to meet both client requirements and Inlogik profitability.

* Manage client acceptance of the Work Requests and ensure the invoice(s) for the Work Request is generated according to the agreed billing schedule.

* Conduct customer demonstrations and system administrator training sessions.

* Provide systemic Project Management advice and assistance in the creation of improved Project Management business practices at Inlogik.

* Pro-actively monitor and track issues through internal systems to support implementation, new work services and multiple testing phases.

* Ad hoc documentation tasks.

* Ensure that the flow of data is established between the client system and Inlogik. Including the analysis of incoming and outgoing client data files.

* Undertake testing of any custom development required during the course of implementing for client

* Oversee a successful handover to the Support Team on completion of any implementation project.

* Work with Clients to manage their Work Requests from the defining of client requirements though to final delivery of the finished work. This includes:

* Providing Business Analysis services and work with the client to define detailed requirements.

* Gain a clear understanding of client business workflow and requirements and manage the flow of this information to the Inlogik Development Team.

* Manage the quoting process to ensure the quote provided to the client is an accurate reflection of the effort required in order to meet both client requirements and Inlogik profitability.

* Manage client acceptance of Work Requests and ensure the invoice(s) for the Work Requests are generated according to the agreed billing schedule.

* Testing of the new development and ensure release to UAT within agreed timeframes.

* Managing the implementation of the new development to the live site.

* Provide regular and accurate feedback on Work Request progress to the Head of Product.

* Manage the implementation of Inlogik's products from the completion of the sales cycle through to final delivery of the product to the client within agreed delivery deadlines. This includes:

* Provide Business Analysis services and work with the client to define the product configuration.

* Manage new product implementation processes and the Product Implementation Team in both Australia and US to build and configure sites based on Client requirements.

* Implementation processes include custom development content, reporting requirements, establishing QA and UAT environments, and configuration of external data sources (bank card data).

* Work with the Development Team to test various client deliverables including ProMaster and CMP patch releases and bespoke product development as required.

* Creation of user manuals for bespoke client requirements

* Provide excellent customer service, including assisting Clients with the configuration and troubleshooting of products.

* Other tasks as required, for example we expect we will be asking you to assist in related customer implementations
