The role reports into the Order to Cash Team Lead and is part of a planned expansion, due to demand.

Working as part of friendly team, this is a dynamic role offering variety of tasks and opportunities, and is supported with training and leadership.

Client Details

My client is a large professional services business based in Southampton.

Description

Tasks include: -

Raise Monthly Billing and Credit Notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to resolve internal queries.
Record and reconcile payment receipts into the finance system.
Bank related tasks, such as import cash from a variety of online sources and follow up non referenced payments.
Raise Engagement letters in a timely and accurate manner.
Process Refunds.
Offer support to Cash Collection.
Update and maintain Trackers.
Attend meetings, both online and in personProfile

Ideally, from a Billings or Sales Ledger background, candidates with this kind of exposure within a wider remit will also be considered.

Whilst the role will support people studying AAT, they will equally consider non studiers.
