Description:

37.5 hours per week - Either 3 days at 7 hours 09:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch, or 4 days at 5 hours 9:30 - 2:30 (no lunch break)

* Location - management office at Freshney Place Shopping Centre, they have their own office with shared welfare facilities. Remote working not desirable

* Free parking while at work in the centre's car park

Duties:

- Process all authorised invoices ensuring they are correctly coded and appropriately approved; register on to account system within agreed timeframe

- Maintain accurate records of expenditure ensuring it remains within the budget

- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records

- Liaise with local authority regarding mitigation of vacant retail units and maintain site data sheet

- Monthly report- car park income

- Collate income for car parks and reconcile against security plus reports, customer services income and credit card payments and reconcile against credit call system
