What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for the coordination of the purchase ledger process within the business, you'll also be responsible for:

* Code, post and raise purchase invoices using SAP

* Order stationery

* Manager supplier queries

* Reconcile statements

* Prepare monthly payments

* Enter payments using SAP

* Carry out ad hoc reporting as required.

What experience do you need?

You'll already have experience within an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger environment, you'll also need:

* Experience of SAP

* Confident Excel skills

* Able to work to challenging deadlines

* Organised and methodical

What's in it for you?

There is a salary of up to £24,000 for this role together with a benefits package which includes Pension, Private Health Insurance, Perkbox free membership, Death in Service (4x salary) and Discretionary Bonus. Holidays are 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
