Description:

JR are working with a growing business in Bilborough to find a strong Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team. With focus on the sales ledger, this role will take over all responsibilties for raising invoices through to chasing the debt.

Joining a business that really looks after their people, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team and have the support of key account managers to help manage corporate relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Processing monthly sales invoicing (approximately 400)

* Daily bank postings and weekly bank reconciliations

* Day to day credit control (invoice values £20 - £20k)

* Setting up and taking direct debits

* Monitoring and responding to queries across the accounts inboxes

Key skills:

* Strong sales ledger experience

* Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

* Intermediate Excel skills (formulas and pivots)

* Stong communication skills and ability to negotiate

* Team player

* Sage 200 experience an advantage
