Description:

Our lovely Client in Waltham Cross is looking for a good all-rounder to assist and support the accounts team. They are a large Importer and Exporter and deal with vast quantaties of goods mainly home and giftware. This means there are volumes of invoices and postings every week.

You will be working as an part of a team of 6 dealing with the Sales Ledger and Credit Control Duties purchase ledger You will need an excellent customer service approach with a good telephone manner and patience to deal with complex invoice queries. You will be assisting with posting payments onto the system. Problem solving and must have a flexible approach helping with other duties as and when they arrive. Reconciling accounts etc.

Chasing unpaid invoices and dealing with a lots of incoming and outgoing emails helping to manage the payments on accounts. You will need to be a team player.

Lovely company to work for. This is a new position du e to expansion. Two years minimum experience in a similar role would help
