Are you available for an Immediate start ? Are you an Accounts assistant or Ledger Clerk, AAT or qualified by experience ?

We are recruiting for a small but busy accounts team based near Bristol on the England Wales Border.

The Role

Daily banking of Sales receipts entering into SAP system and maintaining in excel sheet.
Supplier payments via BACS / Priority online system and other payment methods.
Payroll payments via BACS system.
Entering purchase invoices in to SAP
Reconciliation of Bank accounts.
Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements.
To support in filing of VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales, Bank returns.
To deposit cheques in bank.
Reconciling/processing holiday requests, updating clocking in/out system ∙Essential Skills:

Knowledge of Sales, Purchase Ledger and banking basic accounting.
SAP, Excel knowledge is advantage.
Must be numerate and literate
Able to work as part of a team
