A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a small finance team within a reputable business in Sutton in Ashfield. You'll be confident in all aspects of Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger and be able to use Excel to a reasonable standard.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Experience working in an accounts focused role
Confident with Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Purchase Ledger
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and over written medium
This is a role which is very varied, working closely with other team members you'll be used to working within a small team environment where everyone pitches in to get the work done in line with the business deadlines.

Within this position, you'll also be:

Carrying out all aspects of Credit Control and Sales Ledger
Inputting purchase invoices and checking them against orders
Producing and checking sales invoices for clients
Posting receipts
Creating and posting supplier payments
Reconciling Supplier Statements
Bank Reconciliations
Financial Reporting
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £19,000 - £21,000

Working hours are 40 Hours a Week between Monday - Friday
