Accounts Administrator - Sales Ledger

Accounts Administrator (Sales Ledger) required for varied and interesting role within an engineering company based on the east side of Ipswich. The successful candidate will be required to accurately process and check engineer and sub-contractor invoices on a daily basis, ensure all parts relating to invoices are allocated, check all invoices, process work reports and issue purchase order numbers. He or she will also be involved in the day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining data on the computerised system. Applicants should have previous accounts administrator or invoicing experience with excellent organisational and administrative skills. This is a permanent role and working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, paying c£21K
