HB Commercial are delighted to be partnering with this growing industry-leading logistics provider.Based out of their busy finance hub, you will be responsible for monthly and weekly payroll and responsibility for all purchase ledgers.Due to the continued investment in our client's infrastructure, there is also an exciting opportunity to help with the implementation of a new system, so experience with this is advantageous.Roles and responsibilities but not limited to*Processing payroll for 270 weekly and monthly staff on varying shift patterns from T & A system to making payment*Dealing with SSP, SMP, SPP, and other payments.*Management information reporting in relation to staff absence.*Pension reporting *Dealing with employee and HMRC queries*Processing End of Year payroll*Purchase ledger processing*Using OCR software to scan purchase invoices *Ad hoc posting of exception invoices*Checking for anomalies *Setting up and completing payment runs*Bank reconciliations The role will require onsite visibility between 8.30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.Due to my client's continued growth, there is certainly an opportunity for further extensions to the contract.
